All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Gigi’s Zone E-Gift Card.
Requirements:
- Most new, unworn items within 14 days from the day you receive your package.
- Tags must be attached. We will not honor your return without a tag.
- Accompanied by this return form.
- In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return and for re-shipping for exchanges.
Return Processing time
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 12 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
