How long does my order take to get here?
About 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information.

Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from a warehouse in Fl, US.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At the moment we only ship to anyone living in the U.S but we want to go international in the future!
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear this! I f you encounter this issue please email us at gigiszone@gmail.com with the picture of the item and the damage and that way we can decide to refund you with store credit for other purchases.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team via email, or our contact us page, so that we can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
